1. Membership Eligibility
If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you cannot register as a member of the Site and cannot purchase any items on the Site. If you wish to purchase an item on the Site may be made by your legal guardian or parents who have registered as users of the. The Site is not available to persons whose membership has been suspended or terminated by Bivob.

8. Shipping Policy
We offer almost free shipping on all products for Dhaka delivery. For International deliveries, shipping is charged extra at actual. Deliveries are made within 4/5 working days for Bangladesh deliveries and within 10/15 working days for International deliveries.
9. Returns Policy
If you (or the recipient of your gift) are not happy with our product for any reason, we offer a refund if the item is returned back to us within 7 (seven) days of your receiving the item. To be eligible for refund, item should be returned back to us in its original unused condition with original packing. Items not returned within the 7 day period or items returned in damaged / used condition will not be eligible for any refund. Refund on items received within the 7 day period, in original unused condition will be given a refund after deducting 20% of the order value towards refurbishing charges. For International deliveries Returns Policy is not applicable.
